Our standard rate is $38 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. For longer sessions, we offer a 30% discount on bookings of 8 hours or more. This makes it affordable for full-day shoots or extended projects. Contact us for custom quotes or multi-day rentals.
The space comfortably accommodates up to 30 people, making it ideal for small to medium-sized crews, photoshoots, video productions, or podcast recordings.
Every booking includes a small cyc wall with your choice of white or black seamless backdrop, professional lighting (diffusers, tripods, color gels, continuous light, 2x mono flash with trigger), props, sets as shown in photos, speaker, wardrobe rack, tables, chairs, and WiFi. We also have air conditioning for comfort during long sessions.
Yes, the space has natural light that can be used for softer shoots. We also provide blackout blinds if you prefer full control with artificial lighting.
We offer a professional photographer for $200 per hour, a product photography box for $15 (flat fee), and a beginner-friendly Canon Rebel T7 camera for $20 (flat fee). Podcast equipment and additional items are available upon request—just let us know your needs.
It's perfect for creative photography, videography (music videos, short films), professional headshots, product shoots, video podcasts, or even casual hangouts like movie nights or karaoke. The versatile sets and cyc wall make it great for a wide range of content creation.
The space is not fully soundproof, but it's usually quiet, especially after 5-6pm. It's well-suited for video podcasts and controlled shoots where ambient noise isn't an issue.
Free on-site parking is available with several spots right in front of the building, plus free street parking nearby. First come, first served.
No smoking is allowed. Pets must be pre-approved. Please clean up excessive mess (e.g., confetti). Furniture and decorations may be moved, smoke machines and nudity are permitted for artistic shoots. There's a security camera in the main area (private bathroom available for changing).

We follow a flexible policy: full refund if cancelled 7+ days before, 50% refund between 24 hours and 7 days, and no refund within 24 hours. Direct bookings may have additional flexibility—just ask!

In addition to our versatile production studio, we offer an intimate Boiler Room Event Space perfect for private parties, birthdays, celebrations, karaoke nights, and gatherings of up to 35 guests. It features a professional speaker, air conditioning, BYO food/drinks, and optional add-ons like DJ services and a photographer.
