We offer a simple flat rate of $300 for up to 8 hours, making it easy and affordable for private gatherings. This covers the full exclusive use of the space for up to 35 guests. Longer events or custom timing can be arranged—just reach out to discuss your needs.
The space comfortably fits up to 35 guests, creating the perfect intimate yet lively atmosphere for birthdays, celebrations, karaoke nights, or casual hangouts with dancing and music.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own food, non-alcoholic beverages, and any type of alcohol. Outside catering is allowed, and we provide wine glasses for your convenience. Please note that no on-site cooking is permitted.
Yes—a powerful professional speaker is included with every booking, along with cables to connect to the TV or projector. It’s perfect for music, karaoke, or background sound, and you can easily connect your own device for amplified playback.
Yes, we’ve recently added AC to keep the space comfortable, even when the dancing heats things up!
We offer karaoke equipment for $30. DJ services, professional photographer, videographer, and DJ equipment rental are also available upon request. Let us know what you need, and we’ll provide a custom quote to make your event even better.
Pretty much everything fun! Karaoke, dancing, DJs, live music, amplified music, video games, club vibes, confetti or glitter, and pets (with approval). Ticketed events are permitted, and all ages are welcome.
Free on-site parking is available with several spots around the warehouse (first-come, first-served). There’s plenty of room for your guests to park easily and safely.
No smoking inside the space, and please avoid damaging anything. A cleanup fee may apply for excessive mess (confetti, dirt, etc.). Arrive within 15 minutes of your booked time. The security camera over the door can be turned off or left on upon request. We’re flexible and here to help—just ask!
